目的

对比彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)与16排螺旋CT在腹股沟疝诊断中的效果。

方法

选择2019年1月至2020年1月山东第一医科大学附属青岛医院收治的100例腹股沟疝患者作为研究对象,所有患者均实施CDFI与16排螺旋CT检测,以术中探查所见作为金标准,对比2组诊断方式的准确率,分析并计算不同检测方式在腹股沟疝诊断中的特异度和灵敏度。

结果

16排螺旋CT诊断准确率明显高于CDFI,而联合检测诊断准确率明显高于16排螺旋CT,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合检测的面积明显大于单项检测,且灵敏度最高。

结论

CDFI与16排螺旋CT在检测腹股沟疝中具有显著的诊断价值,而两者联合使用可有效提高诊断准确率,值得推广和应用。

Objective

To compare the effects of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of inguinal hernia.

Methods

100 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects. All patients were tested by CDFI and 16-slice spiral CT. The postoperative pathological results were used as the gold standard to compare the two diagnoses. The accuracy of the method, analyze and calculate the specificity and sensitivity of different detection methods in the diagnosis of inguinal hernia.

Results

The diagnostic accuracy of 16-slice spiral CT was significantly higher than that of CDFI, but lower than the postoperative pathological results (P<0.05), and the diagnostic accuracy of combined detection was significantly higher than that of a single diagnosis, but there was no significant difference from the postoperative pathological results (P>0.05); the combined detection area was significantly larger than the single detection, and the combined detection had the highest sensitivit.

Conclusion

CDFI and 16-slice spiral CT have significant diagnostic value in the detection of inguinal hernia, and the combined use of the two can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy, worthy of promotion and application.
