术后冰敷腹股沟斜疝术区疗效分析

目的

探讨术后冰敷疗法对腹股沟斜疝患者术区早期疗效的影响。

方法

选取2020年6月至2021年6月，眉山市人民医院收治的行腹股沟疝无张力修补术的斜疝患者共92例，随机分为试验组与对照组，每组46例，试验组予以术后冰敷疗法，对照组予以正常术后压迫处理。比较2组患者术后术区局部疼痛感、出血情况及切口舒适度。

结果

试验组在术后6、24 h的视觉模拟评分（VAS）分别为（2.86±0.26）分和（1.33±0.15）分，均低于同时间点对照组（3.96±0.38）分和（1.96±0.19）分，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；试验组切口出血情况明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。试验组切口舒适度为95.69%，高于对照组的82.61%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

结论

对腹股沟斜疝患者行术后冰敷可缓解术区疼痛，减少切口出血，提高切口舒适度。

Objective

To investigate the effect of postoperative ice compress treatment on the early curative effect of patients with indirect inguinal hernia.

Methods

A total of 92 patients who received tension-free inguinal hernia repair in Meishan People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 46 patients in each group. The experimental group was given postoperative ice compress treatment, and the control group was given normal postoperative compression treatment. The postoperative local pain, bleeding and incision comfort were compared between the two groups.

Results

The visual analogue scale (VAS) scores of experimental group at 6 h and 24 h after surgery were (2.86±0.26) and (1.33±0.15), respectively, lower than those in the control group at the same time point (3.96±0.38) and (1.96±0.19), with statistical significance (P<0.05). Postoperative incision bleeding in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incision comfort level in the experimental group was 95.69%, higher than that in the control group (82.61%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).

Conclusion

Postoperative ice compress for patients with indirect inguinal hernia can relieve local pain, reduce incision bleeding and improve incision comfort.
