腹壁缺损的修复重建仍然是外科领域的一项重大挑战,技术要求高,常见的手术方式如自体皮瓣移植、植入物网片修补和组织分离技术等均有其局限性。目前,阔筋膜张肌皮瓣移植的临床研究证据依然缺乏,本文对近些年的国内外手术方式和临床经验进行总结。

The repair and reconstruction of abdominal wall defects is still a major challenge in the field of surgery. The technical requirements are high, and the common surgical methods such as autologous flap transplantation, implant mesh repair and tissue separation have their limitations. At present, the clinical research evidence of tensor fascia lata flap transplantation is still lacking. This paper summarizes the surgical methods and clinical experience at home and abroad in recent years.
