Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of comfortable nursing in operation room for patients under laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.
Methods From August 2017 to September 2018, 138 patients who underwent laparoscopic hernia repair in the 901th hospital PLA logistic support force were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 69 cases of patients in each group. Patients in control group received conventional nursing intervention while patients in the treatment group received comfort nursing intervention in operation room. Nursing effect and influence on pain symptoms were compared between the two groups.
Results The overall satisfaction rate and nursing effect in treatment group was better than those of control group, and the pain degree was lower in treatment group, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion For patients underwent laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in the operating room, comfortable nursing can significantly alleviate their adverse reactions and improve their satisfaction.
