Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence of personalized nursing intervention on perioperative index and psychological state improvement of patients undergoing inguinal hernia operation under local anesthesia.
Methods A total of 80 cases of inguinal hernia patients admitted from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as subjects, and were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine care, the experimental group received personalized care. Complications, pain, anxiety (SAS) and depression scores (SDS), postoperative time to get out of bed, anal exhaust time, time to resume feeding, hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results After intervention, the total incidence of complications in the experimental group (7.14%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (23.68%) (P<0.05). The visual analogue scale scores,, SAS and SDS in experimental group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The time to get out of bed, anal exhaust time, time to resume feeding, hospital stay of the experimental group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the experimental group (88.64%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.00%) (P<0.05).
