Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of whole-course nursing intervention on patients with inguinal hernia who underwent laparoscopic hernia repair.
Methods A total of 80 patients with inguinal hernia who received laparoscopic hernia repair in China-Japan Friendship Hospital of Jilin University from March 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to different nursing methods, with 40 patients in each group. The traditional group was intervened by the traditional nursing mode, and the whole group was intervened by the whole nursing mode. The anxiety level, living standard and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.
Results The anxiety scale scores of the whole group before operation and before anesthesia were significantly lower than those of the traditional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Significant (P>0.05); after operation, the scores of five dimensions of physical health, mental health, social function, emotional status and energy in the whole group were significantly better than those in the traditional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the whole group nursing The satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the traditional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion The whole nursing intervention can effectively relieve the anxiety of patients with inguinal hernia, improve the quality of life of patients after operation, and can significantly improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
