Abstract:
Objective To analyze the role and imaging characteristics of color ultrasound with high frequency probe in the diagnosis of inguinal hernia.
Methods 90 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to Wenchang People's hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were divided into two groups according to different diagnosis methods. 45 patients in the control group, who were examined by color ultrasound with low frequency probe combined with standing position and lying position scanning; 45 patients in the observation group, who were examined by color ultrasound with high frequency probe in standing position and lying position scanning; and the detection effect of the two groups was evaluated according to the intraoperative diagnosis results.
Results Taking the intraoperative diagnosis results as the standard, the detection rate of inguinal hernia in the observation group was 95.56%, significantly higher than 82.22% in the control group, and the accuracy of diagnosis and detection of complications of inguinal hernia in the observation group was 97.78%, which was significantly higher than 91.11% in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion It is effective to scan inguinal hernia in standing position and lying position with color ultrasonic high frequency probe, which can accurately judge the nature of hernia content and provide basis for clinical treatment.
