Abstract:

Objective

To analyze the application effect of detailed nursing in operating room during laparoscopic high ligation of the inguinal hernia sac in children.

Methods

A total of 80 cases of children undergoing laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2021 were randomly selected for this study. They were randomly grouped according to different nursing methods in different years. Routine nursing was used as group A, and detailed nursing was used as group B, with 40 cases in each group. The anxiety degree, anesthesia time, operation time, time to get out of bed, gastrointestinal recovery, and complications of the two groups were analyzed and compared.

Results

The anxiety level of children in group B was significantly lower than that in group A when they entered the waiting area and when they entered the operating room. (P<0.05); The time to get out of bed in group B was significantly lower than that in group A (P<0.05); The time of bowel sounds and the time of venting in group B children were significantly lower than those in group A (P<0.05); The complication rate of children in group B was 7.50%, which was significantly lower than 20.00% of children in group A (P<0.05).

Conclusion

The application of detailed nursing in the operating room during the laparoscopic high ligation of the inguinal hernia sac in children can achieve better nursing effects, significantly improve the degree of anxiety in children, shorten the recovery time, and reduce the incidence of complications.
