Abstract:

Objective

To explore the application effects of family nursing mode and comprehensive nursing mode in laparoscopic high ligation of the inguinal hernia sac in children, respectively.

Methods

A total of 66 children with inguinal hernia who were treated in Bozhou People's Hospital from January to June 2020 were randomly divided into family nursing group (33 cases) and comprehensive nursing group (33 cases), and nursing intervention was performed by family nursing mode and comprehensive nursing mode respectively. Clinical efficacy, hospitalization (surgical time, intraoperative bleeding, hospitalization time, etc.), pain scores, nursing satisfaction, and postoperative complications were observed.

Results

There was no significant difference in the number of cured children and healing rate in the comprehensive group (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the operative time and intraoperative blood loss in the comprehensive group (P>0.05), and the length of hospital stay in the comprehensive group was lower than that in the family group (P<0.05). The VAS scores of both groups at 6 hours and 1 day after surgery were higher than those before surgery, and Oucher pain score of the comprehensive group was lower than that of the family group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the comprehensive group was higher than that of the family group, but the satisfaction of the family group was higher than that of the comprehensive group, and there was no statistical significance between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups (P>0.05).

Conclusion

Comprehensive nursing mode plays a positive role in the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac for inguinal hernia in children, which can effectively promote postoperative recovery of children, reduce the length of hospital stay, and improve nursing satisfaction of children and their families.
