Abstract:
Objective To compare the effect of laryngeal mask airway and endotracheal intubation combined anesthesia in laparoscopic inguinal hernia surgery.
Methods 60 patients with laparoscopic inguinal hernia surgery in Fuyang women's and children's hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table, they were divided into the control group (n=30) and the observation group (n=30). The control group was given endotracheal intubation anesthesia, and the observation group was given laryngeal mask anesthesia. The recovery time, recovery agitation score (Cravero) and mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR) and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared,
Results The recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the Cravero score was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the MAP and HR indexes of the observation group changed significantly less at T2, T3 and T4 (P<0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion Compared with endotracheal intubation anesthesia, laryngeal mask airway anesthesia for patients with laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair can obtain ideal effect, shorten the recovery time, avoid agitation during the recovery period, it has less impact on hemodynamic indexes and higher anesthesia safety, and has great promotion value.
