Results

Of 42 patients, 40 cases were confirmed pathologically. The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound for AWE was 95.24%. AWE were characterized by hypoechoic, heterogeneous and uneven solid in abdominal wall subcutaneous fat layer or in muscle layer; lesions were located in subcutaneous fat layer in 23 cases, rectus abdominis in 4 cases, abdominal subcutaneous in 9 cases, peritoneum in 4 cases, the mass boundaries were blurred and the morphology was different.

Conclusions
