食管裂孔的形态学特点近来得到国内外学者的广泛关注,食管裂孔的形态学变化导致了食管裂孔疝(hiatal hernia,HH)的发生。使用多排螺旋CT并运用多平面重建技术测量体内食管裂孔面积,让临床医师可以直观地了解食管裂孔的形态学变化,并可以进一步认识HH的发生及其与胃食管反流病之间关系。

The morphological features of hiatal hernia have recently received extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad. Morphological changes in esophageal hiatus have led to the occurrence of hiatal hernia (HH). The use of multidetector computed tomography and multiplanar reconstruction technique to measure the area of esophageal hiatus in vivo, allows us to visually understand the morphological changes of esophageal hiatus, and can further understand the occurrence of hiatal hernia and the relationship between hiatal hernia and gastroesophageal reflux disease.
