Abstract:
Analyze the problems and challenges faced by hospitals in personnel management as the main position of prevention and control under the epidemic situation. Improve the ability to deal with emergencies by establishing a leading group, clarifying job responsibilities, and implementing the responsibilities of the four parties. Using information-based procedures, combined with the universal application of smart phones and 5G networks, add modules such as health status collection, epidemiological investigation, and entry and exit filing in Beijing, optimize the statistical path of personnel data, and improve the time and accuracy of data collection. At the same time, better grasp the health status of employees and integrate human care into the health management. Increase the horizontal, multifaceted, and human nature of management; reduce management levels, and promote the flattening of organizational management so as to improve management efficiency and better respond to various changes during the epidemic; and strengthen the software and hardware construction of public health emergency management to realize the organic unity of social and economic benefits.
