Abstract:
Objective To analyze the main factors influencing the willingness of outpatients to seek treatment, to provide reference for hospitals to provide high quality outpatient services.
Methods 350 patients were randomly selected and questionnaires were distributed, 322 valid questionnaires were collected. The contents of the survey included the basic information of the patients, the purpose of treatment, the reasons for coming to our hospital, whether to choose our hospital for the next diagnosis and treatment, and the attitude towards Internet medicine,etc.
Results The three most important factors for patients to choose our hospital were the medical technology, distance, and specialty influence; 87.26% of the patients would choose to continue in our hospital for further diagnosis and treatment; 18.63% of the patients came to the hospital for follow-up visit or to prescribe drugs; The age and education level of patients were the main factors influencing whether they chose Internet medicine or not. Patients under 30 years old and those with university education level or above were more likely to use Internet medicine.
Conclusion Strengthen the construction of Hospital Medical Association, and provide high-quality medical resources for patients with difficult hernia diseases; Continuous improve patient service experience and patient satisfaction; Continue to improve the level of medical technology, pay attention to the cultivation of doctors' professional expertise, and improve the core competitiveness of the hospital; Expand the diagnosis and treatment projects and service content of Internet medicine, and accelerate the development of Internet medicine.
