Application of combined medical care model based on enhanced recovery after surgery in hernia surgery

Abstract:

The number of hernia surgery is huge, but the surgical effects are totally different. The cooperation between clinical nurses and doctors in the perioperative period of hernia surgery and nursing in enhanced recovery after surgery are very important. According to the different characteristics of inguinal hernia, abdominal incisional hernia and parastomal hernia, different medical and nursing joint modes are needed for cooperation and clinical intervention, especially in the prevention and treatment of venous thromboembolism. Real-time monitoring and guidance shall be given, so as to promote patients and medical staff to actively participate in the formulation and implementation of clinical diagnosis and treatment plan, to help surgical patients achieve enhanced recovery after surgery.
