Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with abdominal wall defect after laparoscopic operation.
Methods The clinical data of 78 patients with abdominal wall defects admitted to Nantong Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital from January 2014 to October 2017 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into the experiment group (n=39) and the control group (n=39) according to the different ways of nursing care. After the patients underwent tension-free repair, patients in the control group received routine nursing during the perioperative period, and patients in the experiment group received high-quality care during the perioperative period. The surgical incision healing, postoperative complications, surgery related clinical parameters and pain degree were compared between the 2 groups.
Results In the control group, one patient had wound healed in second-stage after the suture removal, and the other patients reached the first stage of healing. Compared with the control group, the autonomic activity time of the experiment group advanced, the hospitalization time shortened, the incidence rate of complications decreased (P<0.05). Compared with before surgery, the VAS scores of the 2 groups gradually decreased from 12 h to 7 d after operation, and the experiment group were lower than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion High-quality nursing model can reduce postoperative pain of patients with abdominal wall defects, promote wound healing, and reduce the risk of complications.
