Abstract:

Elderly inguinal hernia patients may have multiple cardiovascular diseases and require long-term use of anticoagulants. Perioperative treatment often gets more complicated due to usage of anticoagulants, and the choice of operation and anesthesia methods for elderly inguinal hernia patients undergoing anticoagulant therapy is different from that for ordinary patients, which poses a challenge to surgeons.
