Abstract:

Gastroesophageal reflux disease is one of the surgical hotspots of recent years, and fundoplication, being one of the more effective measures, has been gradually gaining popularity. The core issue of fundoplication is the recovery of its anti-reflux properties to achieve the purpose of the treatment, but the mechanism of anti-reflux is unclear. In this paper, the mechanism of anti-reflux at the gastroesophageal junction will be summarized in terms of anatomy and other related topics.
