Whole-course management of patients undergoing general anesthesia for day surgery of inguinal hernia

Abstract:

Inguinal hernia is a common and frequently occurring disease in surgical departments. At present, the annual number of day surgery for inguinal hernia in China has ranked the second among all day surgery diseases (second only to cataract surgery) according to the statistics. Based on the Expert consensus on standard process of ambulatory surgery for inguinal hernia (2020 edition), this article formulated the corresponding whole-course management norms for patients under general anesthesia during inguinal hernia day surgery, so as to provide reference for standardization and the establishment of standardized process for inguinal hernia day surgery nursing.
