Abstract:

Objective

To study the effect of humanized and comfortable nursing intervention in laparoscopic Inguinal hernia surgery in children.

Methods

A total of 100 children who underwent laparoscopic Inguinal hernia surgery in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group (n=50) and control group (n=50). The control group used conventional surgical nursing intervention, and the observation group implemented surgical humanized and comfortable nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing intervention. The clinical efficacy, postoperative pain degree, time to get out of bed, length of hospitalization, satisfaction of the children's family with nursing work, and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups of children.

Results

The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (100.00%) was higher than that of the control group (96.00%) (P<0.05); the rate of mild postoperative pain in the observation group (70.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (48.00%) (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the rates of moderate and severe pain between the two groups (P>0.05); the time to get out of bed and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); the overall satisfaction rate of the children’s family members in the observation group was (98.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.00%) (P<0.05); the total complication rate of the observation group (4.00%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (8.00%) (P<0.05).

Conclusion

Humanized comfort nursing intervention can reduce the pain degree of patients and promote the recovery of clinical symptoms of children while ensuring the efficiency of clinical treatment, which has positive clinical application value.
