Abstract:

Objective

To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing and psychological nursing intervention in the treatment of laparoscopic high ligation of the laparoscopic hernia sac in pediatric inguinal hernia.

Methods

A total of 104 children with laparoscopic high ligation of inguinal hernia in surgical and pediatric children from August 2019 to January 2, 2021, were randomly divided into 52 patients, comprehensive care intervention (Z, n=52) and routine (C, n=52). The Z group received comprehensive care and psychological care intervention, and the C group received routine care to compare pain and fear improvement, changes in mood status, stress response, and adverse reactions in the two groups.

Results

The improvement of pain, fear, and mood state of children in group Z was better than that of children in group C (P<0.05); children in group Z had a small increase in the level of stress response, and the stress situation was better than that of children in group C (P<0.05); the satisfaction of the children at admission, discharge and last follow-up gradually increased, and the satisfaction score of the children in group Z was higher than that of children in group C (P<0.05); adverse reactions occurred in both groups, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).

Conclusion

The effect of comprehensive nursing and psychological care intervention on patients is obvious, which can effectively improve patient pain and fear, improve mood state and relieve stress response, which deserves clinical promotion.
