Abstract:

As a common clinical problem, incisional hernia of abdominal wall is related to various reasons and poses great harm to the health of patients. If the diagnosis and treatment are not timely, it is easy to lead to other serious consequences, even endangering life safety. About the treatment of incision hernia of abdominal wall, surgery is mainly adopted. In recent years, laparoscopic techniques are widely used by general surgery due to conform to the concept of minimally invasive, and become the treatment of the ideal method of incision hernia of abdominal wall. However, the risk of complications is high, and it reducesthe surgical effect, extends the length of hospital stay and increases medical costs.Therefore, it is important to increase emphasis on the prevention of complications of incision hernia of abdominal wall under laparoscopic. To this end, this paper, by collecting and collating relevant literature, summarizes the aspects of abdominal incisional hernia, clinical treatment, and prevention of complications, aiming to reduce the risk of complications in patients with laparoscopic abdominal incisional hernia repair and promote the recovery of body health.
