Abstract:

Objective

To explore the role of emergency green channel nursing in improving the treatment success rate of patients with traumatic diaphragmatic hernia.

Methods

Forty patients with traumatic diaphragmatic hernia admitted to the emergency department of firtst affiliated hospital of Nanjing Medical University from November 2015 to May 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the different emergency nursing methods, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received emergency green channel nursing. The emergency related indicators and postoperative rehabilitation indicators in the two groups were compared, and the recurrence rate, treatment success rate and complication rate of the two groups after one month of nursing were analysed.

Results

Compared with the control group, the emergency department rescue time, auxiliary examination time, the time from rescue to operating room, postoperative mechanical ventilation time were shortened in the observation group. The level of PaCO2 at 24 hours after operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); After nursing, the recurrence rate of observation group and control group was 5.00% and 25.00%, and the success rate of treatment was 100.00% and 90.00%, respectively, with no significant difference (P>0.05). After nursing, the overall incidence of complications in the observation group (10.00%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (45.00%) (P<0.05).

Conclusion

Emergency green channel nursing can shorten the rescue time of patients with traumatic diaphragmatic hernia, get them out of danger as soon as possible, reduce the complication rate of patients with traumatic diaphragmatic hernia, and effectively improve the prognosis of patients.
