Abstract:
Objective To explore the individual nursing measures during perioperative period of inguinal hernia ambulatory surgery.
Methods From September 2019 to December 2019, 359 cases of adult inguinal hernia were operated in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital were retrospectively analyzed, and individual nursing was performed.
Results All the patients were discharged from the hospital successfully. The postoperative visual analogue scale (VAS) pain score was (2.3±0.7) scores (range from 2 to 6 scores). All cases were followed up for (5.5±1.1) months (range from 3 to 6 months), and there was no recurrence, infection and foreign body sensation. All the patients recovered well.
Conclusion Reasonable and standardized perioperative individualized nursing can improve the success rate of inguinal hernia ambulatory surgery and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
