Abstract:
Objective To explore the value of rapid rehabilitation surgery in laparoscopic tension-free hernia repair.
Methods 70 patients with inguinal hernia who underwent laparoscopic tension-free hernioplasty in Chengdu Seventh peoples’s hospital were selected as the research objects. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different perioperative nursing methods, they were divided into the study group and the control group, 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing during perioperative period, and the study group followed the nursing care of rapid rehabilitation surgery. The patients in the two groups were followed up for 6 to 12 months after operation. The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared, the incidence of postoperative complications and patient satisfaction in the two groups were compared.
Results The hospitalization time, anal exhaust time, recovery time of bowel sound and feeding time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.01). The overall incidence of urinary retention, foreign body induration, scrotal hematoma, scrotal edema and wound healing in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total satisfaction of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (74.29% vs 48.57%, P<0.05).
Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation surgery in laparoscopic tension-free hernioplasty can promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the satisfaction of patients, and the application value is outstanding.
