Investigation of laparoscopic treatment of inguinal hernia in children

Abstract:

With the development of laparoscopic technique and the progress of laparoscopic operation, laparoscopic treatment of inguinal hernia in children has been widely carried out in China, its minimally invasive, low recurrence rate, less complications and other advantages have been accepted. But there are still a variety of constraints to be resolved. In this paper, we reviewed the recent progress in past five years. Through a comparative analysis of various surgical methods, compared with the advantages and disadvantages of traditional surgery, we presented a summary of the progress of laparoscopic treatment of inguinal hernia in children.
