腹壁嵌顿疝作为常见的急腹症之一,因其病情进展快、住院时间长、死亡率高等特征越来越被临床医师所重视。肠坏死作为腹壁嵌顿疝最严重的并发症,往往会引起腹膜炎、休克甚至死亡。目前临床上对于早期嵌顿疝合并肠坏死还没有公认的诊断标准,因此,我们查阅近年来国内外关于腹壁嵌顿疝合并肠坏死早期诊断方面的相关文献,并进行归纳总结,以期对手术时机的把握、改善患者的预后水平等方面为临床提供一定的帮助。

Incarcerated hernia is one of the most common acute abdomen diseases, and it is getting more and more attention from clinicians because of its rapid disease progression, long hospital stay and high mortality rate. Intestinal necrosis the most serious complication of incarceration hernias often causes peritonitis, shock and even death in patients. At present, there is no universally accepted diagnostic criteria for early intestinal necrosis in incarcerated hernia. Therefore, we have reviewed relevant literatures about the early diagnosis of intestinal necrosis in incarcerated hernia in recent years and summarized the conclusions. It will provide some reference for grasping the time of surgery and improving the prognosis of patients.
