腹壁疝术后复发率较高,而复发性腹壁疝因存在既往补片植入、腹壁缺损更大、粘连严重、腹壁力学结构破坏等因素,是疝与腹壁外科领域的治疗难点。本文从患者自身因素、手术技术、补片材料、围手术期管理这几个方向归纳总结了复发性腹壁疝的危险因素和治疗特点,为复发性腹壁疝的防治策略提供临床参考。

The recurrence rate following ventral hernia repair remains relatively high. Recurrent ventral hernia represents a major therapeutic challenge in hernia and abdominal wall surgery because of factors such as previously implanted mesh, larger abdominal wall defects, dense intra-abdominal adhesions, and disruption of the biomechanical integrity of the abdominal wall. This review summarizes the risk factors and treatment considerations associated with recurrent ventral hernia from the perspectives of patient-related factors, surgical techniques, mesh materials, and perioperative management, with the aim of providing a clinical reference for the prevention and management of recurrent ventral hernia.
