静脉血栓栓塞(VTE)包括深静脉血栓形成(DVT)和肺血栓栓塞症(PTE)两种。VTE是外科手术患者围手术期常见并发症之一,具有较高的致死率和致残率,是住院患者非预期死亡的重要原因之一。VTE不仅对患者身心造成严重损害,同时还给社会带来严重的经济负担。近年来VTE越来越引起医疗界的广泛关注,也相继发布了一系列的VTE的诊疗指南。虽然骨科和普外科在VTE预防方面有很好的方案,但在腹股沟疝患者围手术期的VTE的管理仍然没有被很好地理解和引起广泛关注。腹股沟疝患者围手术期合并有较多的VTE危险因素,目前针对腹股沟疝患者围手术期VTE的预防与治疗缺乏确切报道,基于此,我们综合国内外VTE的相关研究进行综述,为腹股沟疝患者围手术期VTE的预防及治疗提供临床参考。

Venous thromboembolism (VTE) includes deep venous thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary thromboembolism (PTE). It is one of the most common perioperative complications in surgical patients, resulting in a high mortality and disability rate and being one of the most important causes of unexpected death in hospitalized patients. VTE not only causes serious physical and mental damage to the patients, but also brings a serious economic burden to society. In recent years, VTE has attracted more and more attention in the medical field, and a series of guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of VTE have been published. Although there are good programs for the prevention of VTE in orthopedics and general surgery, the management of perioperative VTE in patients with inguinal hernia is still not well understood or widely discussed. There are many perioperative VTE risk factors in patients with inguinal hernias. At present, there is a lack of accurate reports on the prevention and treatment of perioperative VTE in patients with inguinal hernias. Therefore, we summarize the domestic and foreign studies related to VTE to write this review in order to provide clinical reference for the prevention and treatment of perioperative VTE in patients with inguinal hernia.
