目的

探讨生物补片在腹腔镜经腹腹膜前修补术(TAPP)中应用的安全性及有效性。

方法

回顾分析2021年1月至2022年1月,烟台毓璜顶医院46例应用生物补片行TAPP治疗的腹股沟疝患者资料,观察术后补片相关并发症及疝复发情况。

结果

46例患者均顺利完成手术,手术时长45~80 min,平均(60±3)min;住院时间1~3 d;术后发热5例;血清肿4例;未出现切口感染。46例患者术后随访6~12个月,无失访患者,随访中未出现慢性疼痛、异物感及复发患者。

结论

生物补片应用于TAPP疝修补术中是安全可行的,其具有术后舒适性好、补片相关并发症少及可吸收优势。

Objective

To investigate the safety and efficacy of biological mesh in laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair (TAPP).

Methods

The data of 46 patients with inguinal hernia who underwent TAPP hernia repair with biological mesh from January 2021 to January 2022 in the Affiliated Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital of Qingdao University were retrospectively analyzed, and the postoperative complications and hernia recurrence were observed.

Results

All 46 patients successfully completed the operation. The operation time was 45~80 minutes, with an average time of (60±3) minutes. The hospitalization time was 1~3 days. There were 5 cases of postoperative fever, 4 cases of seroma, and no incision infection. 46 patients were followed up for 6~12 months after the operation, no patients were lost to follow-up, no chronic pain or foreign body sensation during follow-up, and no recurrence during follow-up.

Conclusion

The application of biological mesh in TAPP hernia repair is safe and feasible. It has the advantages of good postoperative comfort of synthetic mesh, fewer complications related to mesh, and has the advantage of absorption.
