腹腔顺应性是腹腔高压以及腹腔间隙综合征相关研究的重要进展之一,可显著影响腹腔、胸腔、颅腔和下肢骨筋膜间室,腹腔顺应性降低和腹腔内容积增加可导致腹腔内压升高。本文系统阐述腹腔顺应性等相关概念,介绍腹腔顺应性的测量,其对腹腔内外器官灌注、功能的影响以及与外科疾病的关系,并阐述了腹腔顺应性调节的方法以及临床意义。

Abdominal compliance is one of the important progresses in the study of intra-abdominal hypertension and abdominal compartment syndrome, which can significantly affect the abdominal cavity, chest cavity, cranial cavity and lower limb osteofascial compartment. The decrease of abdominal compliance and the increase of abdominal volume can lead to the increase of intra-abdominal pressure. In this paper, the concept of abdominal compliance and other related concepts are systematically described, the measurement of abdominal compliance, its influence on the perfusion and function of internal and external organs of the abdominal cavity, and the relationship with surgical diseases are introduced, and the methods and clinical significance of abdominal compliance regulation are described.
