探讨4C护理模式在腹股沟疝日间手术术后并发症患者中的应用。

回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年1月，黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院收治的30例日间手术腹股沟疝患者的临床资料，所有患者均于围手术期采用4C护理模式，术后定期随访6个月，统计分析其手术效果及术后并发症的发生情况。

30例患者平均手术时间（29.45±11.53）min，平均住院时间（10.24±2.78）h，平均治疗总费用（7259.14±1053.91）元。术后切口疼痛患者2例，阴囊血肿患者1例，采取垫高阴囊后短期内自愈，无需穿刺；出现腹股沟区水肿患者2例，尿潴留患者1例。30例患者出院前、出院后1周、出院后3个月、出院后6个月改良巴式指数评价量表评分分别为（73.26±13.82）分、（79.11±14.05）分、（82.09±14.16）分、（84.17±15.83）分，出院后1周与出院前比较，出院后3个月与出院后1周比较，出院后6个月与出院后3个月比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

腹股沟疝日间手术取得了显著的临床效果，围手术期及出院后在4C护理模式下进行干预可有效减少术后并发症的发生，提升患者生活质量，因此具有较高的应用价值。

To explore the value of 4C nursing mode in the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications in patients with inguinal hernia undergoing day surgery.

30 patients with inguinal hernia who underwent day surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with 4C nursing mode during the perioperative period. All patients were followed up regularly for 6 months after operation. Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and the operative effects and complications were analyzed.

the number of complications was small, and all patients were discharged smoothly after symptomatic intervention; The average operation time was (29.45±11.53) minutes, the average hospitalization time was (10.24±2.78) hours, and the average total treatment cost was (7259.14±1053.91) yuan. Postoperative incision pain occurred in 2 cases, scrotal hematoma in 1 case (healing after scrotum elevating, without puncture), inguinal edema in 2 cases, and urinary retention in 1 case. The modified barthel index scores of 30 patients before discharge, one week after discharge, three months after discharge and six months after discharge were (73.26±13.82) scores, (79.11±14.05) scores, (82.09±14.16) scores and (84.17±15.83) scores, respectively. Compared with before discharge, the MBI score gradually increased one week to six months after discharge (P<0.05).

The day surgery of inguinal hernia has achieved remarkable clinical effect. The intervention of 4C nursing mode during perioperative period and after discharge can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of patients, so it has a higher application value.
