目的

探讨腹腔镜手术联合细节护理对腹股沟疝患儿预后的影响。

方法

选取2015年12月至2017年6月，延安大学咸阳医院行腹腔镜手术的68例腹股沟疝患儿为研究对象，随机分为研究组及对照组，每组患儿34例。研究组围手术期给予细节护理，对照组给予常规护理。比较2组术后康复情况，包括术后排气时间、排便时间、下床活动时间、住院时间及住院总费用等；记录2组患儿术后并发症发生情况；统计2组患儿家属对临床护理的满意度。

结果

研究组术后排气时间、排便时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均较对照组显著缩短，住院总费用较对照组减少，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。术后研究组并发症发生率低于对照组，总满意度显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

结论

腹腔镜手术联合细节护理可显著改善腹股沟疝患儿预后，减少术后并发症的发生，降低复发风险，提升患儿家属满意度。

Objective

To explore the effect of laparoscopic operation combined with detail care on prognosis of children with inguinal hernia.

Methods

68 children with inguinal hernia who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Xianyang Hospital of Yan'an University from December 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, with 34 cases in each group. Experimental group was given detailed care during the perioperative period of laparoscopic surgery, while control group was given routine care. The postoperative recovery of two groups were compared, including postoperative exhaust time, defecation time, ambulation time, length of time and hospital cost. The occurrence of postoperative complications of two groups were recorded, and the satisfaction of the children's families to the nursing service of two groups was statistically analyzed.

Results

The postoperative exhaust time, defecation time, ambulation time and length of time of experimental group were significantly shorter than those of control group, and the total hospital cost was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Postoperative complication and recurrence rate of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the children's families to the nursing service of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).

Conclusion

Laparoscopy surgery combined with detail care can significantly improve the prognosis of children with inguinal hernia, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, reduce the risk of recurrence, improve the satisfaction of the children's family to nurses, so it is worth popularizing.
