目的

探讨快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜无张力疝修补术中的应用价值。

方法

选取2016年1月至2017年12月，成都市第七人民医院行腹腔镜无张力疝修补术的70例腹股沟疝患者为研究对象，回顾性分析其临床资料，根据围术期护理方式不同分为研究组与对照组，每组患者35例。对照组于围术期采用常规护理，研究组的围术期护理遵循快速康复外科理念。术后均随访6~12个月。比较2组临床指标，术后并发症发生情况及患者满意度。

结果

研究组住院时间、肛门排气时间、术后肠鸣音恢复时间、进食时间均较对照组显著缩短，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。术后研究组尿潴留、异物感硬结、阴囊血肿、阴囊水肿及切口愈合等并发症总发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组患者总满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（74.29% vs 48.57%，P<0.05）。

结论

在腹腔镜无张力疝修补术中应用快速康复外科理念可促进患者术后康复，减少并发症的发生，提升患者满意度，应用价值突出。

Objective

To explore the value of rapid rehabilitation surgery in laparoscopic tension-free hernia repair.

Methods

70 patients with inguinal hernia who underwent laparoscopic tension-free hernioplasty in Chengdu Seventh peoples’s hospital were selected as the research objects. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different perioperative nursing methods, they were divided into the study group and the control group, 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing during perioperative period, and the study group followed the nursing care of rapid rehabilitation surgery. The patients in the two groups were followed up for 6 to 12 months after operation. The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared, the incidence of postoperative complications and patient satisfaction in the two groups were compared.

Results

The hospitalization time, anal exhaust time, recovery time of bowel sound and feeding time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.01). The overall incidence of urinary retention, foreign body induration, scrotal hematoma, scrotal edema and wound healing in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total satisfaction of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (74.29% vs 48.57%, P<0.05).

Conclusion

The application of rapid rehabilitation surgery in laparoscopic tension-free hernioplasty can promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the satisfaction of patients, and the application value is outstanding.
