成人腹股沟嵌顿疝是临床常见急症,需要急诊手术。临床上主要争议点是在可能污染情况下是否使用疝补片。越来越多的研究表明,补片修补腹股沟嵌顿疝并没有增加切口和补片感染率,但减少了术后复发率,尤其经腹腔镜下手术。本文对成人腹股沟嵌顿疝的手术适应证、麻醉方式、手术方式、疝修补材料进行综述,供临床治疗参考。

The adult incarcerated inguinal hernias are a common presentation as surgical emergencies, which need emergency surgical operation. The main controversy is whether the mesh could be used where comtamination might exist. More and more studies have revealed that the rates of incision infection and mesh infection don't increase significantly, but the rates of recurrence decrease significantly, in the mesh repair of incarcerated hernia, especially by laparoscopy. This paper summarizes the current evidences for the surgical indications, anesthesia, surgical procedures, and mesh materials of adult incarcerated inguinal hernia to offer reference for surgeon.
