造口旁疝是永久性肠造口术后最常见的并发症之一,是临近或位于造口旁的腹壁切口疝的一种。其发病率很高,且随着肠造口术的时间延长而增加。大部分造口旁疝患者是无症状的,经保守治疗效果显著,但一些患者因出现难以忍受的腹痛、造口装置的侧漏、造口周围皮肤的刺激及腹部膨隆引起的美容问题等需要接受手术治疗。手术修补方式主要包括3种:传统缝合修补术、造口移位术及补片修补术。对于有高危险因素的患者,预置补片成为具有较高经济效益的选择。在此就该病的相关危险因素、诊断及治疗方面的国内外研究进展进行总结论述。

Parastomal hernia is the most common complication of a permanent stoma and is defined as an incisional hernia located at or immediately adjacent to a stoma. The incidence of the disease is very high and it increases with the time of a stoma. The majority of parastomal hernias are asymptomatic and amenable to conservative treatment. However, some patients require surgical treatment because of abdominal pain, leakage of the stoma device, irritation of the skin around the stoma and cosmetic problems caused by abdominal distension. The three major surgical approaches include suture repair of the fascial defect, translocation of the stoma, and mesh repair. For patients with high risk factors, using a prophylactic mesh during ostomy formation might be advisable and cost-effective. This paper summarizes the research progress of risk factors, diagnosis and treatment of parastomal hernia.
