造口旁疝目前尚无统一的分型标准，新的分型专家微共识对现有的五类造口旁疝分型进行分析讨论后，在造口旁疝分型方面达成共识，新的分型要求简单，贴近临床，不仅可以规范诊断，还能指导治疗，在欧洲疝学会分型的基础上继续细化。新的分型更加符合中国国情，为以后的临床医疗提供更为科学的指导意见。
