探讨研究腹腔镜下单通道腹膜外高位结扎术在儿童腹股沟疝儿童腹股沟疝儿童腹股沟疝治疗中的应用效果。

选取2018年7月至2020年1月南京中医药大学附属南京市中西医结合医院收治，需行手术治疗的儿童腹股沟疝患儿100例。采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组，每组患儿50例。对照组采用传统腹股沟疝开放手术，研究组采用腹腔镜下单通道腹膜外高位结扎术。对比两种患儿不同术式的治疗用时、切口长度、出血量、排气时间及住院时间等手术相关指标，调查2组患儿的术后疼痛情况，并统计对比2组患儿术后皮下气肿、阴囊肿胀、术后出血以及切口感染等术后并发症的情况。

研究组患儿的手术用时、排气时间及住院天数均短于对照组，切口长度短于对照组，手术出血量也低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组患儿的术后疼痛程度等级低于对照组患儿，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组患儿的手术并发症发生率为2.00%，低于对照组的16%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

在儿童腹股沟疝的治疗中，腹腔镜下单通道腹膜外高位结扎术的创口小，患儿术后疼痛感较轻，且相关并发症比较少，对患儿的尽早康复有促进作用。

To study the application effect of laparoscopic single channel extraperitoneal high ligation in the treatment of inguinal hernia in children.

From July 2018 to January 2020, 100 children with inguinal hernia who need surgical treatment in Nanjing Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine hospital were selected as the subjects. They were divided into study group and control group by random digital table method, with 50 children in each group. The treatment of the control group was traditional open inguinal hernia surgery, and the treatment of the study group was laparoscopic single channel extraperitoneal ligation. The operative time, incision length, blood loss, exhaust time and hospitalization stay of the two groups were compared. The postoperative pain of the two groups was investigated and the postoperative complications of subcutaneous emphysema, scrotal swelling, postoperative bleeding and incision infection were compared.

The operation time, exhaust time and hospitalization stay of the children in the study group were shorter than those in the control group. The incision length was shorter than that in the control group, and the amount of bleeding was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Children in the study group had lower postoperative pain grade than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Among the children in the study group, the incidence of surgical complications was 2.00%, which was lower than that in the control group (16%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).

In the treatment of inguinal hernia in children, the laparoscopic single channel extraperitoneal high ligation has small wound, light pain after operation, and less related complications, and it can promote the early recovery of children.
